There isn’t an updated changelog and upgrade instruction for 2.4.1. pMachine PRO has been replaced by ExpressionEngine. While it still works, you’re better off moving to ExpressionEngine Core. The number of users who know anything about pMPRO is becoming less and less.

But in general, follow the upgrade instructions for 2.4. They didn’t change for 2.4.1.
