How do I install a template?

i have pMachine Pro 2.4 installed but when i see:

http://templates.pmachine.com/source.php?temp=alex_blue

where do I need to put this? In what file?

Because… from WEBLOG TEMPLATES I cant find the “index” link?

What am I doing wrong?

Those Templates/Themes are for use with ExpressionEngine, not pMachine Pro.  If you wish to try and use them with pMachine you can, but you’ll have to change them to work with the different program.
