Moving the Next/Prev Nav above weblog entries

On a typical pMachine setup, the next/previous navigation links come after the weblog entries… and I was wondering if there was anyway to put them at above entries? I’ve tried nearly everything I can think of with no success.

The next/prev links cannot be moved without hacking the backend files, I’m afraid.
