i’d like to do the following:

i would like to add the capability of making it obvious to japanese and english users that they can register and comment without buying the book.

my site is <www.1001kisses.com>

my thought that instead of being taken to <http://www.1001kisses.com/members/messages.php?m=93>

when a user tries to leave a comment without being registered, the user might be taken to a registration page and upon completion of the registration page the user is taken back to the comments page.
