weblog.php in root folder?

My pMachine directory is website.com/pmachine but I want to run website.com/weblog.php

After tinkering with the preferences for a very, very long time, I managed to get it to work, but then the comments.php and other source files didn’t work.

Really do not want to have to put all my pMachine files in my root folder, so any help is greatly appreciated.
