i need someone who is familiar with pMachine v.2.4. to make some changes for me. since i don’t know the first thing i’d like to pay someone who is knowledgeable. i haven"t been able to find anyone on elance.com.

i want to use the “sticky” for daily postings for english and japanese.

as it is now the sticky is always on top of the articles and always pushes the article down further on the page. i don’t want that.

what i want:put a link(like the comments link) in the article text box, above the article title like this(centered),

“Just wanted to say…”
for today’s thoughts}

the user would click “Blog” it would always remain in and at the top of the article text box. The blog is called:

“Just wanted to say…”
for today’s thoughts,

then the user can read the blog, the articles will not be pushed down or interfered with by the sticky posting. the user can click article when they want to go back to the article the sticky posting will be used for daily blog entries that remain on the page.

i want to use the same page design that exists.
