Newbie; BEWARE

I’ve set up my PM to be at the root of my URL (www.magruderkids.com) When I attempt to post images as a part of my posting I get an error.  A problem was encountered while uploading this file.

I believe the problem is with my Relative Path to Directory (include name) and the Absolute Path to Uploads Directory

I have the Relative set to ../images/uploads/ and the Absolute set to http://thehoneygourmet.com/images/uploads/ It is set to taht directory because I have multiple websites and that is the “parent” directory.  Even though the URL www.magruderkids.com works, the REAL URL is http://mk.thehoneygourmet.com

Any suggestions?  Any information that I am omitting that could be helpful?

Try using the full server path to the directory for the “Relative Path to Directory” setting.  So, it might be something like:

The server path will vary from server to server, so if you don’t know yours you can contact your Host/server admin.

I can Post images to upload directory. I do full server path to directory, by it do not work.
permitions of “uploads” is 777
