In my source I have a table entry and I have no idea where it comes from.

It looks like this:

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="90%">
<
tr>

<
td>&nbsp;</td>
<
td align="right"></td>
</
tr>
</
table></div>

It seems to come inbetween my closing div and my rightSidebar div.

<!-- Weblog entries -->
<?php weblog_entries($id,"weblog"); ?>
</div>

<
div id="rightSideBar">
<?php include("sidebar.php");?>
</div>
</
body>
</
html>

Any ideas?

Um, inside “sidebar.php”, perhaps?  One of your files must certainly have that code.  You might try downloading your files and then using a text editor to globally search those files for the table code.  UltraEdit (PC) or TextWrangler/BBEdit (Mac) should be able to do the search.

I did think of that, but at the top of my sidebar.php is:

<script>
// pull-down menu navigation
function gotoArchive(index)
{
  document
.monthlyarchive.submit();
}
</script>

<?php simple_search_form
(); ?>

<br/>

<!--
Site links -->
<
h1>Site Links</h1>
<
a href="gallery">Pictures</a><br/>
<
a href="personal/default.html">Africa Trip</a><br/>
<
a href="http://www.thedalzells.org/peru.php">Peru Trip</a><br/>
<
a href="novels.html">Reading List</a><br/>
<
br/>

So unless the search form has a table in it, then I have no idea.

OK, I found it, now I just have to figure out why. In my weblog Templates, in the Next/Previous Navigation is this:

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="90%">
<
tr>
<
td>%%weblog_prev_page%%</td>
<
td align="right">%%weblog_next_page%%</td>
</
tr>
</
table>

So, the question is now, how did that get in there?

My main weblog multi-entry template is:

<div class="weblog">
<
h3>%%title%%</h3>
%%
body%%

%%
more_link%%
<
br/>
<
div class="entry-footer">
Posted at %%date%% by %%name%%

<
br />
%%
comments_link%% <a href="%%comment_permalink%%">permalink</a>
</
div>
</
div>

So I don’t see it in there. Maybe there is a preference?

Never mind, I figured it out. I had a blank Next link template, so nothing was getting put into navigation table.

Now I will just remove the evil table and replace it with CSS goodness and all will be well.

Thanks
