I currently have a site that is running pMachine Free 2.4. I am thinking about upgrading it to pMachine Pro 2.4, but I am not finding any documentation for this. There is the http://pmdocs.pmachine.com/updates.html page, but this doesn’t not address the Free 2.4 to Pro 2.4 upgrade. Before I upgrade, I would like to know what is involved and how to do it. It would stink to buy Pro and then not know how to upgrade from Free to Pro.
thank you for any help.

There is no pMachine Free 2.4 version. The last pMachine Free was version 2.3. The manual includes instructions for upgrading from pM Free 2.3 to pM Pro 2.4 .

Thanks Chris. I going to have my client pony up the $40 for the Pro version then. I don’t see where they should pay for pM Pro on the purchase page at: https://secure.pmachine.com/

As of version 2.4, pMachine Free was discontinued because pMachine Pro is now free.

Well, it’s not really that hard to find. But yes, I suppose she could

My link was more generic - it was to the entire area you could download.
But I’ll make a new entry for pMachine.

Well, technically speaking, it is no longer true that you can “download pMachine PRO 2.4” from that page . Still easy enough to find, IMO.

As a logged in user I can.
But you’re right, the other one is a better link.
