I would like to make a photoblog of travellers of Croatia. Each user should be able to have their own photoblog running over my site. Is this possible with PMachine PRO oder do I need another software for that?

There is no way in pMachine (or ExpressionEngine) to create weblogs on the fly for users. You’d have to do it manually.

There is a planned update for ExpressionEngine to do this, but no timeframe.

You can create weblogs manually for either pMachine for ExpressionEngine.

But since you mentioned photo galleries, I’d go with EE.
