Hi there…

I’m having some trouble with member levels using the security tags.

If I test only for logged in, the code works fine, but if I try to request a specific member level, it doesnt work and lets everyone through.

Specifically, my level 1 member is seeing level 3 content.

I thought it could be a cookies thing, I tried putting in a cookie domain, it doesnt change anything. I tried exactly the same code on my friends server and it was fine, even in the same browser.

I am a bit lost for what to try, any ideas?

What is the code you’re trying to use?

(Also, “level 1” is a suspended member, whereas “level 3” is the first active member level.  Are you sure you’re inputting the appropriate level number?  See the member privileges section for information.)

Thanks Chris, code is good, it was the levels. Walking away from it all for a while was good too!
