url friendly based on title

It would be pretty to have the possibility to get easily an url based on the title of the entry “My new entry” something as
http://www.mydomain.com/weblog/my_new_entry/
instead of
http://www.mydomain.com/weblog/weblog.php?id= 83_0_7_0_C
It seems to become a standard way for url in most of CMS / blog software now.

This is available in ExpressionEngine, but not pMachine Free/Pro.
