My RSS feed updated once a week ago and won’t update anymore. Please help!

In order for the feed to update, you need to ensure that the actual file (index.xml, by default) has the correct permissions set (666) so that it can be written to by pMachine.

Also, the feed file will only be updated if you create a new entry or edit/update an existing one.

i have about 40 entries i created after it stopped updating

i ensured it is the actual file and im positive it is set to 666

its still not working

Have you moved your RSS file (index.xml) from the standard location?  (one directory above your Control Panel directory)

Check to make sure the path to the feed file is correct in your RSS preferences.

My RSS feed has also stopped updating, except when I go into pmachine and manually update the RSS factory feed.

I’m not aware that my vendory has made any significant changes to PHP, but should I check with them?
