I’m making a pMachine Free blog and have a few questions. I’m trying to add a banner at the top can that be done in the control pannel?

I believe someone else suggested this in your other thread:

Create a pBlock in pMachine, place your banner HTML code in the pBlock, and then edit your actual pages (i.e. weblog.php, comments.php, etc.) and place the pBlock where you want the banner to appear.  Then, if you need to alter the banner you can just edit the pBlock and have the change take place everywhere you use it.

Edit: I see it can be done in the cpanel a step by step guide would be nice I’m a noob
