when I create a collective weblog, is it possible for all members to insert hyperlinks and pictures into their entries?

please answer me as soon as possible!

Yes.  They’d simply use the correct pMcode.  You can include a small legend with information about what they can use near your submission form.  For example, look below the form on this page to see an example.
