Can anybody explain to me what the submission-form is exactly??

We are going to create a collective weblog and we know already that we have to put the submission form somewhere on our site..BUT we still don´t know what is meant with this submission form.
Is it the “Login-form” for members to log in on my Weblog OR is it the “Entry-form” which appears after i logged in and then want to make an entry??
Please! Help!

A Collective Weblog allows members (or non-members, if you allow that) to submit entries to your weblog without using the Control Panel.  So the “submission form” is exactly what it says: a form to allow them to submit an entry.
