I purchased pMachine Pro Commercial some time ago. Not even shure when. At the time i had a large number of projects going so i never even got around to using it. Have not even installed it anywhere. Some time later my computer suffered a sudden death and i could not get to some data on my primary drive. Recently i recovered everything and found all my info for pMachine, including the license and the download link. I dont have the actual installation - thats the sad part. I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I saw that what i bought is no longer supported, but i just cant buy EE because, well simply because i bought the Pro Commercial and have not even used it for one day. If you guys can do me a big favor and transfer my license onto EE and let me download it, it would be great. I know that “on paper” i bought something a while ago and nobody is required to do anything for me, but please understand my situation. I know its my fault that i never even used what i bought, but i am just asking you guys to help a fellow developer out. If you cant do that for me, please let me get the version i bought if you still have it collecting dust somewhere. Thank you.

You can download the current version of pMachine Pro (v2.4) from this site.  Go to the “pMachine Pro” section of the site and follow the “Download” link.

If you wish to migrate to ExpressionEngine then you can take advantage of the current upgrade offer for pMachine Pro users.  First, make sure that you log into the pmachine.com site with the same user account that you used when you first purchased pMachine Pro.  Once you’re logged in, go to the pMachine Store, select ExpressionEngine, and you should have the upgrade offer available.

I tried that just now, but its still showing me full price with no other offers. I used the email in this profile to purchase and used the same email since i still have it, to request my username and password so that is how i got this far. I am fairly sure i am logged in the way i was when i bought it. I also emailed you guys about my problem and included my original recept with my license.

I just checked your username ‘ydemidov’ in the store, and I cannot find any pMachine purchases for you.  Are you sure you purchased with this username?

See… i am not sure. I found my receipt which was sent to the email address attached to this username so i went to request a lost u/p and got this account. I also emailed you guys from this email with a copy of my receipt.

I did download pM pro following the link you guys gave me so i am cool for the time being. It would be great to get EE, but i dont want to burdon you guys with a long hunt for the profile. If you can find it by email that would be great. If not i will stick to pM pro and i thank you for your help.

wait… i just remembered… back then my username was redlinedotnet or something very close to that.

The username you used at the time of purchase should appear on your receipt.  If not, you can always use the “forgot password” form using the email you used to purchase and you’ll be emailed your info.

AHA! The username in the receipt is “cs”! But the email on the receipt is the one i used to retreive my login and it gave me this account.
