Pretty much a similar response.  You will want to create the user, and then in the inc.lib.php and inc.cp.php files you will do a check like this:

if (isset($_COOKIE[‘member_name’]) && $_COOKIE[‘member_name’] == ‘demo_user’)
{
    $_POST = array();
}

Basically if someone is logged with the username ‘demo_user’, none of their form data will go through.
