everything went fine after installation except i call the weblog page herself

nor errormessages in install
deleted the install.php file and installed german language pack
admin and post entries works fine ...

but no weblog

any clues?

Did you modify the file that the error message references?

I would suggest downloading a fresh copy of the install files from the site.  Then re-upload the pm/lib/ directory to your server.  Make sure you upload the files in ASCII format and that you overwrite the existing files.

it was a clean new copy dl today from pmachine.com. id only set the file rights described in the install help and edit the one php file with the mysql setting in it. nothing more. i used filezilla for the upload with auto format option on.

Did you try my advice anyway?  Sometimes files can become corrupted.

dont know what happend but with a reupload in explicit ascii mode everything works fine. got no errors anymore .
