I would like to make the following that on the main page of a site I had opportunity of a choice, between light and dark skins of a site, whether it is possible and if yes give please this hack or the module. Thanks huge

You could use a stylesheet switcher for that.  ‘A List Apart’ has an article on making a PHP Stylesheet Switcher.
