i did a advanced forum search for “member photos” but didn’t come up with an answer- is there a way to work around the issue of displaying member photographs?

i’ve read a suggestion to use the “custom” field in the entry form (%u;stom1%%) but i am not sure how to link this to an image source.

if for example the image is at http://www.site.com/photo/me.jpg
and the member puts for “custom1” field http://www.site.com/photo/me.jpg

how do i link it on the profile_view_ind.php page so that it will display as follows:
http://www.site.com/photo/me.jpg?

i tried %u;stom1 but it didn’t show up on the page.

I’ve done it by putting HTML in the bio field.

I tried it and only code came up. Am I missing something?
