Moving a PM Pro site to new server

Hi, I have a few PM Pro sites that I need to move to a new sever.  Can someone tell me or direct me to the documentation on permissions for the files I should check for?  I want to do the move as quickly and easily as possible.

The Knowledge-Blog has an entry on moving servers.  The standard installation instructions contain information about file and directory permissions.
